Puridea · Studio Prana
One party, from the first drawing to the first guest.
Most villa purchases in Bali involve three companies: a developer who sells it, a contractor who builds it, and a management company who runs it afterwards. The buyer sits in the middle and absorbs the friction between them. Umah Saba is one party for all three.

The developer and builder
A family design-build firm in Bali, working across architecture, interiors and construction, trading as PT. Rancang Griya Pesona.
On this project Puridea owns the land outright, drew the buildings, builds them, and manages them after handover. There is no landowner to satisfy, no joint venture, and no contractor to argue with when something is not right.
The land was paid for before any of this began. Construction is funded by the buyer, stage by stage, against work that is already standing.

The design
A design consultancy working on architecture and interiors in Bali and beyond. Studio Prana led the design of the three villas.
The language is Balinese in its materials and rooflines and Japandi in its restraint: clay pantile roofs with carved ridge finials, cream lime plaster, sawn limestone, timber-framed folding doors, rattan and light oak. Every room is planned around its own pool courtyard, and no living space looks at another.

What that means for a buyer
Construction on a villa begins when its buyer commits. Nothing is built speculatively.
